cereneo offers highly specialised rehabilitation programmes for people with neurological diseases and injuries, including stroke, brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological disorders.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and organisational support of the executive management in day-to-day business
- Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings, internal alignments, and business trips
- Preparation of meetings, presentations, documents, and minutes
- Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders (partners, authorities, suppliers, service providers)
- Coordination of facility and maintenance matters (technician deployments, cleaning, external services)
- Travel management for executive management and selected employees
- Organisation of internal staff events, workshops, or team activities
- Procurement of work clothing, consumables, or equipment in collaboration with internal departments
- Project support, especially for structural modifications or expansion projects
- Invoice control, coordination with finance and suppliers
- Inventory and stock management in defined areas
- Process optimisation and support in cross-site coordination
- Occasional assignments at both locations to ensure operational processes
What should you bring?
- Commercial training or degree, ideally with experience in executive assistance
- Strong organisational skills, structured working style, and high service orientation
- Solution-oriented, resilient, and confident in dynamic situations
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance at all levels
- Experience in event, facility, or project coordination is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
- Fluent German and very good English skills (international environment)
- Willingness to work at both locations (Vitznau and Hertenstein)
