We are looking for a
nature-connected kindergarten teacher, 20 WL / 75% workload, working days Monday to Thursday, starting August 1, 2026
Your main tasks
- Taking on the class teacher role of a kindergarten where forest and nature pedagogy is implemented as part of the educational concept
- Teaching with contemporary teaching and learning methods according to the cantonal curriculum
- Maintaining and promoting the students' joy of learning
- Collaboration with the job partner, specialists, parents, and school management
- Commitment within the team for school development, joint projects, etc.
- Participation in internal school meetings and further training
Your profile
- A teaching diploma for the kindergarten level recognized in Switzerland
- Experience or interest in forest, nature, or experiential pedagogy
- Enjoyment of working with children outdoors and a strong connection to nature
- High social competence, commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- A teacher who enjoys working at a multicultural school
- A motivated, open personality who supports integrative promotion in the class
- A teacher who maintains a respectful approach with all involved
- A personality who likes to engage in a team and has a positive attitude towards school and teaching development
