The Human Resources department is responsible for all personnel matters of the administration and education of the municipality of Fällanden. It informs, supports, and advises employees at all levels throughout the entire employment cycle, from recruitment to departure.
For the newly organized Human Resources department, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement
HR Specialist (Education Sector) 80%
- Position and workload planning in collaboration with school management
- Coordination of all personnel processes in the education department
- Responsibility for and participation in personnel administration for education in close coordination with the clerk (employment including drafting employment applications, further training, absence management, service anniversary gifts, etc.)
- Management and preparation of HR statistics and key figures for the education department as well as participation in the budgeting process
- Support and advice to school management, school authorities, and employees in all HR matters as well as complex personnel law clarifications
- Project work related to HR and education
- Several years of experience in education human resources
- Further education at tertiary level (HR, administration, education or comparable) is an advantage
- Empathetic and service-oriented personality
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment and openness to shaping the newly organized Human Resources department
- Flexible and communicative for interface work between education, management, and administration in a dynamic environment
