Operations Leader - Cybersecurity & Data Privacy

As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible to monitor the availability and the performance of the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Services to meet the set relevant SLA objectives , oversee incident/problem management ensuring that all internal and external customers have seamless customer experience with the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy services, provided by internal teams within the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy sub-function or by external vendors, coordinate satisfaction surveys and collect feedback. As a single point of contact, you will lead coordination and routines for platform-specific Product Support Services, ensuring end-to-end integration across internal and external teams.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and lead Vendor Management routines, for all Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Platforms and Products to monitor vendors’ performance & financial

• Establish and facilitate technical routines with the relevant internal and external teams to monitor and manage the relevant SLAs for all Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Platforms & Products

• Harmonize SLAs among Platforms & Products and create SLAs’ monitoring tracing dashboards
• Monitor, analyse and report trends and KBI’s regarding Products incident/problem management related to Cybersecurity & Data Privacy
• Identify opportunities for improvement & report on the findings

• Facilitate the management of the expectations of the stakeholders and customers
• Orchestrate regular meetings for Change request assessment and ensure final decision in the system
• Act as first point of contact for the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy areas in case of Major crisis and engage business continuity team
• Participate in product team routines, contributes on planning and drives the Ops related Epics, Features and Efforts
• Coordinate Service activation for newly delivered solutions/ update of existing ones in collaboration with Product Managers and Vendor teams
• Support respective Architects and Product Managers in Product Lifecycle and Roadmap Management (commissioning, decommissioning, upgrade, etc.)

• Access and License Management
• Facilitate BP execution for support-related cost elements in the various platform teams.
Facilitate the budget management processes (Capex, Opex) with the various Cybersecurity & Data Privacy and corporate finance teams.

• Manage the various budget spending processes (PR/PO and SES creation, etc) for the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy sub-function

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• 5 + years of experience in the IT Services Industry and Vendor/Service Management
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
• ITIL certification
• Strong vendor management skills and someone who can identify risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and manage the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility
• Agile/SCRUM/ DevOps certification and experience will be highly valued
• Understanding how business goals aligns with IT / Cybersecurity & Data Privacy
• Solid communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
