- Ensuring trouble-free and secure system operation according to service levels
- Performing maintenance, tuning, and performance optimisation of networked systems
- Advising users on ICT services in everyday use
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation as well as fault analyses
- Experience with operation and maintenance of Microsoft and Citrix system environments
- Strong ability for fault analysis and optimisation of technical processes
- High standards for information security and documentation creation
- Strong communication skills and willingness to participate in on-call duties required

Responsibilities
