Stein am Rhein is picturesquely located at the transition from the Untersee to the Rhine. The medieval town, the nearby vineyards, and the proximity to the water give the place a very special, inspiring atmosphere.
The Stein am Rhein school is a public elementary school for over 430 students. Their educational well-being is ensured by two school administrations, a school social worker, 50 teachers, as well as specialists in school remedial education and classroom assistants.
