The Willisau Retirement Home offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a homely atmosphere. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, a specialised living arrangement for people with emotional and mental behavioural issues, spread across two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten. Training is very important to us because apprentices are the professionals of the future.

For the Willisau Retirement Home, Breiten and Zopfmatt homes, we are looking for August 2027:

Apprentice Health Specialist EFZ

Regular training 100% or catch-up training for adults 40% - 100%

Your profile:

• You have completed compulsory schooling
• You are patient and sensitive in dealing with elderly people
• You have good observational skills
• You have a sense for practical tasks
• You are communicative and a team player
• You are responsible
• You are physically and mentally resilient

Your tasks:

• You accompany, care for, and nurse residents in stable situations
• You participate in work with relatives and cooperation with third parties
• You support residents in everyday life, leisure, and living space design
• You take on administrative, logistical, and domestic tasks
