For F.Hofmfmann La-Roche at the Kaiseraugst site, we are looking for production experts in Small Volumes Packaging 2-shift (100%, m/f, temporary until 14.10.2027)
Job DescriptionTasks:
- Proper operation of the equipment within the area of responsibility
- Support in the proper troubleshooting of highly automated equipment
- Recognise, analyse and assess equipment malfunctions
- Ensure and optimise equipment availability
- Safe working in a GMP environment, GMP-compliant documentation
- Training employees in handling the equipment
- Participation in continuous process and equipment optimisation
- Independently carry out changeover work (format change)
- Self-organised work and living the LEAN philosophy
Desired Profile
- Completed training is mandatory (applicants without training will be rejected)
- 1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment (food industry)
- Confident use of standard PC programmes (MS Office and Google)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Technical understanding as well as independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
- Forward-thinking and acting as well as pronounced skills in conceptual areas
- Precise and reliable working method even under time pressure
- Willingness to work 3-shift

* Junior: 0 - 3 years experience: CHF 29.00
* Professional: 3 - 7 years: CHF 34.20
* Senior: From the 8th year of employment: CHF 36.20
* Junior: 0 - 3 years experience: CHF 29.00
* Professional: 3 - 7 years: CHF 34.20
* Senior: From the 8th year of employment: CHF 36.20
