You lead with passion, think holistically, and negotiate skilfully? Then take responsibility in a key role within the meat industry. With your instinct for people, markets, and economic contexts, you ensure procurement, develop strong partnerships, and actively shape our success.
What you achieve
- You procure raw materials in the fresh meat sector and ensure supply meets demand
- You maintain and sustainably develop existing supplier relationships
- You conduct price, quantity, and contract negotiations and achieve economically optimal solutions
- You monitor the market, analyse supply and demand situations, and derive appropriate measures
- You ensure product availability considering quality, costs, and deadlines
- You work closely with planning, production, sales, and supply chain and coordinate the relevant interfaces
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Specialisation: or higher technical school qualification, preferably as a meat specialist, cook, or in food technology with a focus on meat products, as well as further training in marketing or sales.
- Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience in the meat industry
- You have leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop employees
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people as well as building sustainable relationships
- You are characterised by quick comprehension and holistic thinking
- You present confidently and convince with your negotiation skills
- You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
- You keep an overview even in a dynamic environment and set the right priorities
