Head of AVOR PPS 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual who takes overall responsibility for AVOR/PPS as well as the procurement of materials and services - from plastic injection moulding through CNC turning to assembly of modules.

• You lead your team with heart and mind, promote development and ensure a fair distribution of workload

• You create production orders with regard to customer orders, delivery capability and available capacities

• You take care of requirements analyses, material procurement and supplier management - skilfully negotiating conditions and deadlines

• You bring fresh ideas: automation and digitalisation of AVOR/PPS are close to your heart, and you also make targeted use of AI tools

• You keep quality, deadlines and costs under control and work hand in hand with production, sales and logistics

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally as a polymechanic EFZ with further education (e.g. technician HF, production specialist)

• Several years of professional experience and ideally first leadership experience in the field of AVOR/PPS and/or procurement in a manufacturing industrial company

• Technical background in CNC turning is a plus

• You are enthusiastic about digitalisation, automation and artificial intelligence

• Experience with ERP systems, confident handling of MS Office and negotiation skills

• Convincing appearance, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking

• Very good German skills, French or English are an advantage
