- Personnel and professional leadership of the caseworker team
- Coordination and further development of the interfaces between casework, department management and the child and adult protection authority
- Managing social insurance claims such as pensions, IV, EL, IPV, NE and HE
- Preparing accountability reports for the child and adult protection authority
- Maintaining client files including accounting in the specialist application Tutoris
Your profile
- Commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the social insurance sector (Federal Diploma in Social Insurance or similar is an advantage)
- Leadership experience or motivation and potential for a leadership role
- Networked and solution-oriented thinking; ability to coordinate different concerns and interfaces
- High resilience, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Open, team-oriented personality with humour, who supports employees and promotes constructive collaboration
