The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. In this newly oriented role, you will have the unique opportunity to help build and sustainably shape the Learning and Working Community (LAG) in Spitex. Usually, working hours are Monday to Friday with a maximum of 6 weekend shifts per year. In the event of temporarily vacant training positions, deployment will be in direct care according to the working conditions of the respective area.

Your new tasks

• Establishing and further developing the Learning and Working Community (LAG)
• Independent planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of learning processes and learning days
• Competent and individual care and support of our clients and residents
• Active participation in long-term care during absences of trainees and students (holidays, school days, vacant training positions)

What you bring

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Two years of professional experience, ideally in Spitex and/or long-term care
• Interest in vocational training and accompanying learning and development processes
• Further education in vocational pedagogy or willingness to complete it
• Independent, proactive and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills
