Team Leader - Mobile Team Bulle (m/f/d) 80–100%

Field of activity

• Lead a team of approx. 6 participants during the execution of external assignments
• Supervise, support and motivate participants on site and carry out their evaluation with them
• Ensure the execution of assignments with quality
• Active support to the superior for acquiring new assignments
• Perform administrative tasks (quotes, invoices, reports, participant follow-up)

Your profile

• Professional training at CFC level or equivalent as a landscaper, horticulturist, lumberjack or in a similar profession
• Several years of professional experience
• Committed and versatile personality with good social and intercultural skills
• Physical resilience and availability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Driving licence Cat. B required, Cat. B1, forklift licence, basic wood harvesting course are advantages
• Excellent command of the French language and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)
