Role:
To strengthen the team, an experienced individual is sought for order and export processing. You will manage customer orders from entry to delivery, prepare the relevant shipping and export documents, and keep track of deadlines and ongoing deliveries. In doing so, you will work closely with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments and can actively contribute to the further development of existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage customer orders and ensure they are processed and delivered on time
You prepare the relevant order, delivery, invoice and export documents
You keep an eye on ongoing deliveries and deadlines and react early to deviations
You coordinate with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments on order-related matters
You ensure that all relevant documents are filed completely and neatly
You support the further development of existing processes in order and export processing
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with several years of experience in order processing and export
Confident use of Excel and ideally SAP
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Communicative personality with enjoyment in collaborating with customers and freight forwarders
