Tasks

Leadership, planning and management of the Development & Regulatory departments, for the development of attractive products that comply with legal requirements
Member of the Steinfels Swiss executive management
Leadership and further development of directly subordinate employees
Maintenance of personal network relationships, external representation in the technical-scientific field (customers, suppliers, authorities, other companies, associations)
System administration of the development software

Expert in the field of Development/Regulatory in the areas of cosmetics and detergents is mandatory
Proof of competence for innovation and sustainability in own area
Customer-oriented, credible, strong in communication and quality-conscious
Leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop the organisation and employees
Integrative, team-oriented personality with high problem-solving skills, active in actions and systematic in approach
