YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• Troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software components
• Support in the introduction of new technologies and systems
• Ensuring system availability and security
• Consulting and training employees on IT issues
• Support and further development of ERP (IFS)
• Travel activity between our locations Gossau SG and Benken SG

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, system technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in system technology
• Solid knowledge of networks, operating systems, and server technology
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High service orientation, independent and structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
