Specialist Responsibility Geomatics and Digital Construction Process (m/f/d)

• technical leadership and implementation of surveying processes as well as digital construction processes
• coordination between the construction site, planning team and digital construction support
• training, enabling and supporting employees (office and construction site) in the use of software tools and digital working methods
• support and advice to construction and project teams on questions regarding digital workflows, data structures, models, platforms and software solutions
• ensuring practical application of digital processes on the construction site, especially in collaboration with site managers, foremen and construction personnel
• further development, optimisation and standardisation of digital processes, templates, working methods and quality requirements in the field of geomatics, BIM and digital construction process including ensuring knowledge transfer within the organisation
• promoting acceptance of digital solutions in the operational construction environment
• support and creation of BIM implementation concepts, 2D plans and BIM models

• completed basic training or several years of experience in the field of geomatics / BIM / digital construction
• practical construction site experience as well as sound understanding of construction site processes and workflows
• good German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• confident communication on equal terms with contacts at all hierarchy levels and during all project stages
• good IT skills and proficient handling of surveying/BIM equipment as well as other digital collaboration platforms
