The position

• You handle construction projects in the various project phases including their structural and design aspects
• You are responsible for developing architectural concepts as well as elaborating preliminary, construction and execution projects
• You take on the leadership tasks required for the project and coordinate specialist planners, experts and authorities
• You support the project management in planning to achieve project goals as well as in cost planning, schedule monitoring and quality assurance

Your profile

• Degree as architect FH or ETH or certified technician HF in construction planning architecture
• Basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ architecture is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project execution in Switzerland
• Knowledgeable in Swiss standards and contract documents
• Solid expertise in constructive and practical detail and execution planning
• Passion for complex projects in all construction tasks
• Whether independently or in a team, you convince as an uncomplicated, pragmatic and solution-oriented doer who enjoys challenges and handles pressure situations confidently
• Organisational skills, structured and methodical working style, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) is an advantage
• You are confident in negotiations, speak German and have experienced use of MS Office
