Maintenance / Building Services Specialist, 100%

- Central contact person for all maintenance topics
- Advice on maintenance, inspection, repair and optimisation
- Analysis and further development of maintenance strategies
- Support during commissioning and review of technical documentation
- Conducting audits and implementing improvement measures
- Review of service contracts and interface with authorities and official bodies
- Support in training for quality and process improvement

- Technical basic training (mechanics, electrical engineering or building services HVAC) as well as further training at FA, HF or HFP level are prerequisites
- Experience in maintenance
- Analytical, networked thinking and structured working method
- High customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
- Independence, sense of responsibility and confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German skills, French or Italian an advantage
- Impeccable reputation and willingness to travel within Switzerland
