We combine professional expertise with modern digital tools and maintain an open, future-oriented work culture. Our internal service team in Murten forms the central quality engine of IMMOSEEKER AG. You work in the two-person back office team directly with the internal service management and ensure sales success with excellence and personal responsibility.

Your daily routine with us

• You take on reception and excellent care of our customers at the Murten location, both by phone and on site.
• You are the first point of contact for the sales staff regarding order acceptance questions, independently clarify queries, coordinate their implementation, and process all requests on time.
• You independently create and process back office products such as offers, sales dossiers, and advertisements and are responsible for the quality standard.
• You coordinate with notaries and land registries and request the necessary documents.
• You ensure a well-maintained infrastructure and order in the reception and meeting area.
• You take care of preparing and sending the newsletter.
• You handle material orders.
• You continuously coordinate with your back office team.
• You provide supportive cross-departmental tasks from marketing, HR, and sales.

You have

• Completed commercial training or comparable basic education.
• Several years of experience in administration.
• Real estate knowledge is an advantage.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage.
• Enjoyment in working with AI tools and digital applications.
• Well-groomed, friendly appearance and a fine sense for the wishes of our customers.
• Precise, structured, and reliable working style.
• Initiative and joy in actively shaping processes and tools.
