Deputy Managing Director in the Cleaning Industry (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with regard to the company’s objectives:

• Co-responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the company
• Deputising for the Managing Director in their absence
• Professional and personnel management of assigned employees and trainees
• Planning, organising and coordinating cleaning assignments and personnel deployment
• Ensuring and monitoring agreed quality and performance standards
• Supporting and advising existing customers and maintaining customer relationships
• Preparing and calculating quotations as well as supporting tenders
• Monitoring costs, deadlines and profitability of assignments
• Contributing to the acquisition of new customers and the further development of the company
• Optimising workflows and internal processes

Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:

• Completed basic training as well as further education or training in cleaning or facility management
• Several years of professional experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in a leadership role
• Sound knowledge in organising and calculating cleaning services
• Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing employees
• Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and acting
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
