You work in a varied environment with cinema, VR, bar, sports bar, as well as diverse event formats – from private occasions to large B2B events. During the week as well as on weekends and public holidays, you ensure smooth operations and unforgettable experiences together with your team. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation.
- Supporting operations management in scheduling and further developing the location and ensuring the economical use of resources (personnel, goods, time)
- Central contact person for film programme planning and technical event planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility, quality, and compliance with event and brand standards
- Professional leadership and support of employees in projection
- Onboarding new employees according to guidelines, technical specifications, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Ensuring expertise within the team
- Coaching and developing the team with a focus on service quality and personal responsibility
- Active participation in daily operations and leading the team during daily business
- Close collaboration with our building technician
- Supervision of cinema and building technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) in the absence of the building technician
- Responsibility for projection, image, sound, and lighting quality in operational business
- Responsibility for the economic performance of the schedule and efficient use of personnel resources through analysis and targeted optimisation of utilisation and timing
- Completed training or experience in cinema and event technology (e.g. projection, audio/video technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Experience in a comparable environment (cinema, entertainment, event or leisure operation)
- Experience in staff leadership as well as the ability to professionally guide, develop, and motivate employees
- Affinity for the entertainment world (cinema, games, VR, etc.) is an advantage
- Confident communication skills (spoken and written), very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High initiative as well as the ability to motivate and engage teams
- Positive charisma, polished manners, and high social competence
- Authentic personality with a role model function
- Independent, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
- Experience in planning and implementing technical processes in the event environment is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively participate operationally
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping changes
- Resilience and calmness in demanding situations as well as confident appearance during technical disruptions
- You enjoy working in a team and like sharing knowledge and actively developing the technical know-how within the team
