Positions & Responsibilities:

For our temporary Triumph Pop-up Store in Zurich, we are looking for committed and service-oriented sales advisors who enjoy competently advising our customers, creating a high-quality shopping experience, and professionally and authentically representing our brand.

The Pop-up Store will operate for a limited period. For a successful launch and daily operation, we seek a flexible, dedicated team that quickly familiarises itself with our products, fits, processes, and standards, and works together to ensure smooth store operations.

The currently planned opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00–19:00

Additionally, openings on the following Sundays are planned as part of the Advent shopping period:

26 November, 6 December and 20 December

Willingness to work flexibly within the respective opening hours as well as on the planned Saturdays and Sundays is expected.

Your Tasks

As a sales advisor, you are an important contact person for our customers and actively contribute to a high-quality shopping experience and the success of our Pop-up Store.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Competent, personal and service-oriented advice to our customers
• Active needs assessment and individual product recommendations
• Advice on products, fits, materials and collections
• Active selling and shared responsibility for achieving sales targets
• Professional representation of the Triumph brand and our service and quality standards
• Ensuring an attractive, well-maintained and sales-promoting product presentation
• Support with visual merchandising and product care
• Goods receipt, replenishing the sales area and support with stock organisation
• Professional handling of cash and payment transactions
• Ensuring a tidy, inviting and well-organised store environment
• Close and collegial cooperation within the store team
• Flexible support with the various operational tasks of a Pop-up Store

What You Bring

For this position, you ideally bring the following:

• Completed school education
• Ideally a completed vocational training in retail, sales or a comparable customer-oriented field
• Several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in a high-quality, service- and customer-oriented environment, is required.
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in retail or sales; relevant experience in textile, fashion, lingerie or lifestyle retail is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of active selling
• Confident, likeable and professional appearance
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of direct contact with diverse customers
• Team-oriented, reliable and responsible working style
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility for smooth store operations beyond direct sales
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new products, fits, processes and systems
• Good PC skills and ideally experience with cash register/POS systems
• Very good German language skills; English skills and other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work on Saturdays and the planned Sundays
