Financial Administration

The Treasury Department is part of the Financial Administration as an internal bank. It centrally manages the entire city-wide payment transactions, ensures liquidity, is responsible for participation management and loan granting. Another area of the Treasury is the City Treasury, which is responsible for cash transactions and master data management in SAP and is located in the City Hall. We are looking for reinforcement for the City Treasury team immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

You independently conduct the counter service and the associated cash transactions (receipt and payment of cash amounts from service departments and external customers).

You maintain and clean master data of our business partners in the SAP operating system (S/4HANA), especially creditors and debtors.

You participate in internal projects of the City Treasury.

Profile

A completed commercial apprenticeship (federal certificate of competence) with proven professional experience

Very good MS Office skills and strong digital affinity as well as technical flair (security systems)

Assertive, communicative and resilient personality with experience in sensitive handling of various stakeholders

Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good oral communication in English, further language skills are an advantage

SAP or knowledge of master data management (especially business partners) is an advantage
