You are looking for a new challenge as a Network Security Engineer and want to apply your skills in a dynamic environment. In this role, you take responsibility for the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of security infrastructures. You work independently and openly in a committed team and have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects. Responsibilities:
You plan, operate and optimise modern security platforms with a focus on Palo Alto.
You migrate existing firewall landscapes to future-proof target environments.
You accompany internal, group-wide and customer-side projects as a technical security consultant.
You are responsible for firewalls, web proxy, WAF and load balancing in hybrid environments.
You investigate complex security incidents and ensure stable operation.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IT networks and security operations.
You are proficient in Palo Alto NGFW as well as firewalls, VPN and proxy technologies.
You are familiar with Cisco networks including ACI, LAN, WLAN and core infrastructures.
Ideally, you have further training such as CCNP Enterprise or a comparable specialisation.
You work solution-oriented, customer-focused and strong in a team, and maintain your humour even in demanding situations.
