Role:
The organisation is a non-profit Swiss healthcare organisation providing comprehensive outpatient care, support, and assistance services for people in various life situations.
The working environment is diverse and combines care and support with professional corporate areas such as finance, HR, IT, administration, communication, and quality management. The organisation values continuous training, modern work processes, and the ongoing development of its services.
Responsibilities:
Together with the payroll manager, you ensure the correct monthly payroll processing and deputise for them when necessary.
You handle year-end tasks, salary certificates, and withholding tax and check changes, working hours, and payments.
As an expert in AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, and EO, you process insurance cases and coordinate benefits in cases of illness, accident, as well as maternity and paternity leave.
You further develop absence management, create meaningful reports, and support employees with questions about time tracking.
You actively contribute to HR projects and the digitalisation of payroll and HR processes, clearly communicating your expertise to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and further training in payroll, social insurance, or human resources.
Several years of experience in payroll administration and solid knowledge of Swiss social insurance law are part of your profile.
Your technical affinity allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
You combine accuracy with entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a strong service orientation.
A flexible and humorous personality, enjoyment of a versatile all-rounder role, and flawless written and spoken German complete your profile.
