We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, competent and warm Medical Practice Assistant to strengthen our team at the Schönburg Medical Centre. Our combined general practice and gynaecology practice offers an exciting and varied working environment, with broad medical care, personal patient contact and a collegial team spirit.
Job Description
- Friendly patient reception and professional patient care
- Telephone enquiries, appointment scheduling and coordination
- Assistance with gynaecological and general medical examinations and treatments
- Therapeutic and diagnostic measures (recording vital signs, blood sampling, laboratory analyses, injections, lung function tests, ECG, dressing changes)
- Insertion of peripheral venous catheters (PVC) and intravenous administration of medications
- Responsibility for billing (KVG/UVG/IVG/MVG, self-payers, cost approvals, etc.)
- Administrative tasks such as sending reports, file management and prescription management
- Co-responsibility for smooth practice operations
- Leadership tasks (personnel management, duty and holiday planning, quality management, etc.)
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (mandatory)
- Additional training as a Medical Practice Coordinator is an advantage
- Professional and leadership experience in a general medical or gynaecological practice is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of practice software (ideally Aeskulap) and digital work processes
- Confident handling of administrative tasks, especially in billing
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
- You work independently, reliably and with a high standard of quality
- Resilience, flexibility and a neat, friendly appearance
- Empathy in dealing with patients is a matter of course for you
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- French and English skills are an advantage
