About the job

Property Manager / Cleaning Team Leader (a)

- Management of cleaning staff (induction, deployment and holiday planning, training, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
- Implementation of smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
- Conducting quality controls in various properties
- Contact person for customer concerns
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Organisation of material orders and deliveries
- Support of the Facility Services Manager in developing and recording administrative and operational processes

- Several years of experience in cleaning is essential (management experience advantageous)
- Completed training as a building cleaner is advantageous
- Neat appearance and friendly manners
- Impeccable reputation
- Flexible and independent working style (deployments also in the evening)
- Willingness for evening deployments at least once a week
- Driving licence category B is essential
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use various internal tools
