To strengthen Martina's team and as a complement to Ursula, we are looking for a committed individual by arrangement as

Reception Clerk 40-50% (a)

Your Tasks

• Reception and care of visitors as well as operation of the multilingual telephone switchboard
• Management of email enquiries, badges, parking spaces, pool vehicles and reception information
• Maintenance of technical systems at reception, especially telephone system, video surveillance as well as garage and access systems
• Coordination of technical faults with the responsible internal and external parties
• Support in internal sales, at events and in the maintenance of the showroom

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Very good German and French skills, good English skills, Italian an advantage
• Strong IT affinity, technical understanding and confident handling of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
• Friendly, professional appearance and high customer orientation
• Independence, reliability, discretion and team spirit
