We are looking for a proactive, independent and service-oriented professional to strengthen our successful IT team in the Zurich Oberland.

Sales Internal Service (a)

Your tasks:

Your area of responsibility

• You actively support our dynamic 11-member Customer Service team in daily business.
• You take on various tasks in the areas of customer service and administration.
• You are in daily contact with our customers and contacts by email or telephone and navigate confidently in our ERP system.
• An interesting activity with a lot of personal responsibility and motivated team colleagues awaits you
• Recording orders
• Comprehensive customer support by telephone, email and ticket system
• Opening return numbers (RMA) and creating credit notes
• Customer service for new openings, address changes, name changes and data adjustments

Qualifications:

Your personality

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in internal sales
• Very good knowledge of CRM systems (SAP) and MS Office applications
• Good German and intermediate French skills in spoken and written form (English an advantage)
• Professional telephone manner
• Enjoy working in a team
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Customer- and service-oriented working style and you are not afraid to actively approach customers.
