- Advise and support: You are a competent contact person for employees and a sparring partner for managers. Personnel development from apprentices to executives is a matter close to your heart.
- Create instead of just executing: You get involved in building a "Best-Class Human Resources Management" – with ideas, pragmatism and passion. Employee Self Service and Management Self Service are familiar terms to you. You contribute your experience in a solution-oriented manner.
- Numbers and processes: You enjoy optimising processes and contribute your flair for numbers in payroll accounting (ABACUS).
- System affinity: You support and advise on the time recording system Polypoint and contribute to smooth operations.

What you bring with you
- Solid know-how: You have a university degree and further training in Human Resources Management or are a recognised HR specialist.
- Experience in healthcare: Experience in healthcare (clinic or similar environment) is desirable.
- Expertise: Several years of professional experience in HR management, a pronounced service-oriented attitude.
- Calm and overview: Even in hectic moments, you remain focused, solution-oriented and never lose your sense of humour.
