Your area of responsibility
As part of a succession solution, we are looking for a sales-strong leader for the Central region (Greater Bern area) who will strategically further develop the interior design sector and sustainably align it for growth. You bear the overall entrepreneurial responsibility for interior design in the Central region and consistently develop the ranges of ceramic tiles, parquet and floor coverings. Your focus is on active market cultivation, expanding existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of new projects in project business. You lead your sales and exhibition team with clear goals, high presence and measurable demands. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, ensure professional project, offer and conditions management, and drive sustainable increases in sales and profit. As part of the Swiss Interior Design management team, you actively shape the further development of the sector and decisively implement growth initiatives.
Your profile
You are a sales-strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in B2B sales. You know how to lead people, develop markets and turn potential into measurable results. Ideally, you bring experience or a strong affinity for interior design, especially ceramic tiles, parquet or floor coverings.
You understand the decision-making and influence mechanisms in project business and know how to successfully position and implement projects from planning to execution. You act independently, are present in the market and convince through clarity, closing strength and willingness to implement. You communicate confidently in German and navigate confidently in the digital working world.
