You are familiar with technology, enjoy having tools in your hand – but do not want to spend every day until the end of work in the workshop? At the same time, you are not a fan of spending eight hours behind the screen either?

Then this could fit quite well.

At our client in Canton Aargau, a varied task awaits you: Technology, customer contact, organisation and a bit of tinkerer mentality. You bring products back into shape, analyse problems, find solutions and support customers as well as sales with your technical know-how.

In short: You are needed where technology meets customers.

What you do

• You technically restore tools and products to top condition.
• You check returns, analyse faults and find suitable solutions.
• You support customers and the internal sales department with technical questions.
• You keep data and information up to date and also perform administrative tasks.
• You are the important interface between the workshop, sales and customer service.

What you bring

• A basic technical education, e.g. as an automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician, auto electrician, bodywork panel beater or comparable.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in getting to the bottom of problems.
• Organisational talent, initiative and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork.
