Workshop Customer Service Advisor | Salesperson for the XPENG brand responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting our customers in sales and workshop areas
• Assisting with coordination and planning of workshop appointments
• Preparing cost estimates and invoices
• Active sales of vehicles and accessories
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships
• Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile

• Completed training in the automotive sector
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the automotive industry
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and electromobility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Good IT skills and affinity for digital systems
• Driving licence category B
