Your Tasks
- Member of the centre management
- Operational and personnel management of the administrative and nursing staff of the newly established outpatient platforms
- Ensuring efficient resource, deployment and capacity planning including analysis of relevant performance indicators
- Co-responsibility for budget planning, cost control and business management of the centre
- Ensuring and further developing a high level of patient and service quality according to KSA standards
- Responsibility for process optimisation, continuous improvement measures (CIP) and active participation in projects and committees
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by further training in leadership/management
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably with leadership responsibility
- Strong business understanding as well as analytical and organisational skills
- High social and communication competence as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
