Data Engineer (m/f/d)

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

• You develop and operate powerful ETL and ELT processes to integrate a wide variety of data sources
• You actively shape the modernisation and further development of our data platform towards Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• You establish and use DevOps principles to automate, standardise and optimise data processes
• You ensure high data quality, data security and availability throughout the entire data pipeline
• You are responsible for the stable, performant and reliable operation of our BI and data platform
• You work closely with BI consultants, data analysts and specialist departments to realise data-driven solutions with real added value

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

• A degree in computer science, data science or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Composer and Dataform
• Very good SQL skills and experience handling large volumes of data
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps methods
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working, team spirit as well as very good German skills
