In our "Tax Services" division, we advise as market leaders on all tax-related issues. The International Tax and Transaction Team supports leading domestic and foreign companies with complex national and international acquisitions, restructurings, capital market and real estate transactions, supply chain projects, and other strategic undertakings. In addition, we advise wealthy private individuals, entrepreneurial families, and family offices on a wide range of tax matters and are among the top advisors in tax law in Switzerland and worldwide.

Your main tasks

• You will take on diverse and very demanding advisory tasks in the area of M&A and International Tax and support our clients in creative tax advice in national and international tax law
• You will focus on "Tax Controversy" by accompanying our clients in tax audits, objection and appeal procedures, as well as in complex tax disputes
• From day one, active project work, multifaceted training opportunities, and the chance to build a network of professionals
• The complexity of national and international tax advice makes the work a particularly interesting and varied field of activity
• The possibility of a secondment to the Swiss Tax Desk in New York will motivate you to perform at your best

What we are looking for

• Master's degree in law as well as a lawyer's licence are prerequisites. We will train you to become a certified tax expert
• A must: interest in proactive advisory work, a plus: practical experience in business and law
• Success factors that will help you progress with us: teamwork, determination, commitment, flair for numbers, and quick comprehension
• As an international company, we require German and English; additional languages are an advantage
