To strengthen the "Legal, Compliance & Risk" department, we are looking for you as a Legal & Compliance Specialist in Financial Market Law 80 - 100 %.

These tasks await you

• Advising, supporting, and independently managing our clients in financial market law and compliance (e.g. AMLA, AIA, FATCA, FIDLEG, FINIG), contract law, and other legal areas (e.g. inheritance law, DSG, SchKG, labour law)
• Monitoring regulatory developments at international and national levels, providing tiered information and clarifying the need for action for our clients
• Implementing regulatory projects
• Developing model instructions, model contracts, and other templates
• Co-designing and conducting specialised training and information events

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in law, business law, or a diploma as a certified auditor; professional further training in financial market law or a lawyer’s licence can be advantageous
• Professional experience in financial market law and compliance is required
• You have sound knowledge of supervisory topics such as VSB, AMLA, FIDLEG, AIA, FATCA, sanctions, etc.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Thanks to your flexibility and service orientation, you also represent our company professionally and in a partnership manner on-site with clients when required
• Analytical thinking and recognising connections are among your strengths
• You are an open and communicative personality, like to take initiative, are sociable, and do not lose sight of practical and customer-oriented solutions
