A success story continues
The roots of Sugra GmbH go back to 1998, when on our own agricultural farm the production of just 100 small bales of horse haylage for a neighbour began. Through tireless effort and increasing demand, the business grew rapidly: from transport with a simple horse trailer to soon having its own fleet.
A milestone followed in 2009 with the founding of Sugra GmbH and the exclusive distribution of the high-quality Miko bedding from Hungary. Thanks to uncompromising quality and a loyal customer base, the range was continuously expanded – from various bedding alternatives such as flax bedding and wood shavings to high-quality feedstuffs like hay cobs and lucerne cubes.
Since 1 January 2026, Sugra GmbH has been part of Herzog Mülimatt AG, a traditional family business from Hornussen. The values and proven quality of Sugra GmbH remain, complemented by even more expertise, efficient logistics and an expanded product range. Our promise remains: advice and service "on equal terms with customers".
Your tasks
- Competent advice and support of our customers by telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp
- Processing customer enquiries and preparing offers
- Order processing and coordination of deliveries
- Scheduling and organisation of logistics processes and routes.
- Maintenance and management of customer data
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales, ideally in the agricultural or feed industry
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
- Organisational talent and a structured way of working
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems advantageous)
- Team spirit and flexibility
