We are seeking a personality who wants to take the next step and assume entrepreneurial responsibility. You will deliberately start close to the operational business and get to know customers, projects, partners and processes first-hand.

Your perspective: You can significantly influence your professional development by building your own customer base and team up to taking over as Managing Director of ROFRA Baumanagement AG.

Your core responsibilities include the following interesting tasks:

• Management of construction projects as general contractor, specialised contractor or construction service provider in the areas of new build, conversion and renovation of single-family/multi-family houses as well as industrial and commercial buildings
• Planning the execution and coordinating planners, contractors and partners
• Controlling all processes from project start to defect-free handover
• Active development and maintenance of a long-term customer base
• Strategic development and operational management of your own team
• Active participation in the further development of ROFRA Baumanagement AG

• Completed training as a construction manager, technician or architect
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards, MS Office and Messerli
• Entrepreneurial action and the willingness to take responsibility
• Solution-oriented customer focus and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with clients, customers and contractors
