Head of Quality Management 80-100% at Dyhrberg AG

Your challenge:

• Overall responsibility/ensuring quality and food safety management according to GFSI standard FSSC22000
• Maintaining and further developing the HACCP system as well as ensuring its effectiveness
• Monitoring of CCPs and oPRPs
• Further development of operational document control and ensuring complete,
• audit-compliant documentation
• Planning and management of the successful annual surveillance and re-certification audit
• Technical and personnel leadership of the QA department and the QM/QA assistant
• Coordination of operational monitoring and responsible for employee training
• Support in the area of occupational safety and health protection, holiday cover for operations management

• Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science or a comparable qualification
• Experience in quality management of a food-producing company, familiar with the requirements of a GFSI standard (ideally FSSC22000)
• Structured, precise and comprehensible document control as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Confident presence in production and audit, binding and pragmatic leadership as well as clear, appreciative communication
