ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management Engineer to join our dynamic Coca Cola HBC Cyber Protection team. As a Privileged Access Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's sensitive data and critical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust access controls, safeguard privileged accounts, and mitigate security risks.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CyberArk Implementation: Deploy, configure, and manage CyberArk PAM solutions, including Privileged Session Manager, Password Vault, PTA, and other relevant components, in accordance with industry best practices. Onboard new users, work closely with the IDM solution that we have to leverage automation as much as possible.
  • Privileged Access Management: Design and enforce privileged access policies, workflows, and role-based access controls to restrict and monitor privileged user activities. Perform day to day administration of the solution.
  • Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CyberArk solutions seamlessly into existing infrastructure, applications, and systems.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Manage authentication mechanisms, Safes, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and fine-grained authorization policies for privileged users.
  • Incident Response: Act as a subject matter expert for privileged access security incidents, conducting investigations, and providing timely remediation strategies.
  • Security Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends. Implement security best practices to mitigate risks and enhance the organization's overall security posture.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to CyberArk configurations, policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate IT teams about the importance of privileged access security and proper usage of CyberArk tools.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance and health of CyberArk components, identifying and resolving any issues promptly. Optimize system performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with CyberArk representatives to stay informed about product updates, patches, and enhancements. Provide feedback and insights to improve the functionality of the CyberArk solutions.
  • Ability to work as on call: It will be required to participate to the team’s on call shift one week per month.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certified CyberArk Defender or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a CyberArk Engineer or similar role in privileged access management.
  • In-depth understanding of privileged access security concepts, principles, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing CyberArk PAM solutions, including Privileged Session Manager, Password Vault, and Central Policy Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, encryption techniques, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
