What you will achieve

• You will support and accompany our clients throughout the entire training process, create training plans and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider
• You will assist the management in ensuring personnel and operational processes
• You will ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You will actively acquire future clients, prepare contracts and take on various administrative tasks
• You will implement the company strategy and represent the company internally and externally

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Training as a Fitness Instructor (federal diploma or equivalent) with a valid BLS/AED certificate
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as a Fitness Instructor
• You have a flair for sales as well as a high level of service and consulting competence
• You are flexible and enjoy working evenings as well as weekends and public holidays
• You have an above-average understanding of service and a winning personality
• You are loyal and lead by example for your employees and our clients
• German (B1)
