Type of Work

In this versatile and responsible role, you will independently plan, coordinate and manage demanding technical projects and accompany them from the enquiry to successful implementation or series maturity. You coordinate the various internal and external interfaces, monitor deadlines, costs and project progress, and ensure a structured and goal-oriented project execution. In doing so, you work closely with customers as well as the departments of development, production, quality, purchasing and other specialist areas. Technical clarifications, recognising potential project risks and initiating appropriate measures, as well as transparent project documentation and regular reporting, are also part of your varied range of tasks.

Requirements Profile

You have completed a technical basic education, for example as a polymechanic, designer, plant and apparatus builder, plastics technologist or in a comparable profession. Ideally, you have further training in technical, business management or project management and have already gained experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience in leading or coordinating technical projects is an advantage. We are also happy to consider ambitious technical specialists or managers who are aiming for the next career step towards project management. You possess a good understanding of technical and operational contexts and convince with an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Good German and English skills as well as good IT user skills complete your profile.
