Who are we?

The Peace Court is the Authority for the protection of children and adults. As such, it acts on request or ex officio. At the end of the investigation, a decision is made whether or not to establish a protection measure. The Peace Judge also has jurisdiction in inheritance matters and in the area of bans.

• Drafting decisions in the aforementioned civil areas
• Possible taking of minutes
• Participation in deliberations
• Participation in investigations
• Legal research

Desired profile

• Bachelor and Master in Law (MLaw)
• Interest in the field of child and adult protection law
• Good writing skills and stress management
• Good knowledge of IT tools
• Knowledge of the Tribuna programme is an asset
• Fluency in French
