Convinced that "everyone can make a difference", the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) founded an Innovation Centre with the aim of improving and evolving the hospital. A unique exchange platform, the Centre fosters collective intelligence by bringing together, valuing, and realising the best ideas from employees. Both a centre of expertise and a collaborative workspace, the HUG Innovation Centre (CI) offers a range of services to evaluate, support, nurture, promote, and enhance innovative ideas and projects from HUG employees and structures. As a laboratory for experimentation, a catalyst for change and participatory approaches, the Innovation Centre's mission is to stimulate the deployment of a culture of innovation within HUG.
Managing two digital platforms: Concerto, for patients; and Mon Espace PRO for city healthcare professionals. The Innovation Centre develops these platforms in close collaboration with users and our healthcare network partners.
Job Description
Within the Innovation Centre, you will participate in the deployment and promotion of the digital platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO among healthcare professionals, HUG employees, as well as patients.
Supervised by the Mon Espace PRO and Concerto project managers, you will provide support for administrative, organisational, and operational activities related to the development of the platforms.
As part of your duties, you will carry out the following activities:
You welcome, inform, guide, and support users of Concerto and Mon Espace PRO, either in person or remotely, to facilitate their use of the platforms and access to digital services.
You provide first-level support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other users, particularly regarding connection, authentication, identity verification, and the use of various digital tool features.
You present the Concerto platform to hospitalised and outpatient patients to promote its use and assist them in completing digital clinical forms and questionnaires (PROMs).
You maintain regular contact with users to encourage adoption of digital solutions, gather their needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of their experience.
You participate in organising and facilitating training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and awareness-raising activities aimed at patients, caregivers, and other teams around Concerto, Mon Espace PRO, and associated digital tools.
You contribute to promoting the digital platforms at internal and external events and support the dissemination of best practices related to their use.
You collaborate with care teams, project managers, and business teams to identify user needs, collect feedback, and participate in the evolution of digital services.
You support the creation, updating, and distribution of communication materials, practical guides, and support materials intended for users.
You follow up on requests received by phone, email, or during office hours, as well as various administrative tasks related to the Innovation Centre's activities.
You deploy and provide iPads to isolated patients to help maintain their connection with loved ones during hospitalisation.
The assignment may include occasional travel within partner institutions of the Geneva healthcare network (nursing homes, clinics, medical practices, or home care services).
This mission allows you to discover the challenges of digital health, hospital innovation, and project management in a dynamic university environment.
