Founded in 1974, Romer’s Hausbäckerei AG is today one of the leading manufacturers of frozen fine baked goods in Switzerland. Our versatile range extends from croissants, breads and small breads to sweet and savoury baked goods as well as desserts and cakes – all delicious treats of the finest quality.

We are immediately looking for reinforcement for our team and look forward to welcoming a

Line Leader 100% (m/f/d)

Working hours: 41 hrs/week in a 2-week rotating shift model

- 2 weeks early shift: 05:00–13:45 (Fri: 05:00–13:30)- 2 weeks late shift: 13:45–22:30 (Fri: 13:30–22:00)

Your challenge

• Coordination and supervision of the entire production line from dough preparation to packaging
• Ensuring a smooth production process as well as compliance with specified quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring intermediate inspections and production data
• Allocation and leadership of employees on the line
• Support in the training and instruction of new employees
• Identifying and reporting deviations and initiating appropriate measures
• Active participation on the production line

Your qualifications

• Completed training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the food sector, preferably as a baker-confectioner or food technologist
• Experience in staff management and several years of industry experience
• Responsible, team-oriented and open-minded personality
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Technical flair, good IT skills and lean management knowledge are advantageous
