• You are responsible for monitoring and operating the packaging/production equipment assigned to you for our delicious cheese specialties.
• You keep the required production reports neat and reliable.
• If mutually interested and in case of vacancy, taking over the deputy team leader role or a development step towards shift coordination is possible.
• You recognise optimisation potential and actively contribute to idea management.
• You comply with quality and safety regulations and reliably implement hygiene, environmental protection, and accident prevention regulations.
• You process production orders and settle them according to production planning specifications.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a plant operator or in the food industry (baker, butcher, cook, etc.).
• You bring professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company.
• You have a strong technical flair for machines, a high awareness of hygiene, and work independently and responsibly.
• You want to develop further and are interested in taking on leadership tasks in the future.
• You have system user knowledge (experience with inventory management systems, SAP) as well as good knowledge of the M365 environment (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• You are willing to work flexible hours (2-3 shift operation) and are mobile.
• $You speak fluent German.
