Where organisation and service meet – internship in the secretariat.

To strengthen our reception secretariat at the headquarters in Aarau we are looking for a motivated person as an intern secretary for the practical year of the business school starting summer 2027.

Your tasks

• You will manage the reception and telephone switchboard
• You actively assist in organising and conducting events and meetings
• You will assist in processing cases of travel without a valid ticket
• You will perform administrative tasks and participate in projects
• You support other departments as needed (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

Your profile

• Three years of full-time education at the business school
• Very good user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Integrity, discretion, independent and resilient personality with precise working methods
