As Head of Locksmithing, you will develop our production together with your team, create clear structures, and drive improvements as well as new technologies. Your expertise convinces us

• Technical basic training
  You have completed a technical vocational training and ideally have further education in business administration at HF/FH level.
• Experience in a production environment
  You have several years of professional experience in a productive environment and know the requirements of a high-performance production operation.
• Strong leadership skills
  You take responsibility, actively shape, and understand how to lead, develop, and align employees towards goals together.
• Structured and methodical working style
  You approach topics systematically, create clear structures, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Digital and process-oriented understanding
  You are familiar with digital applications in the Microsoft 365 environment, know SAP, and have an affinity for Lean.
• German and English
  You can communicate in both languages in a professional environment and enjoy working across departmental boundaries.
